"Cute clothes, annoying return hassle"
I do like some of the clothes I got, but the whole return-and-exchange circus was annoying. It took longer than I expected, and I ended up having to chase them for updates just to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it definitely wasn’t smooth. Kind of makes me think twice before ordering online from them again

"The site itself is fine, but..."
The site itself is fine, but the checkout process was annoying. There weren’t enough payment options for what I needed, so it ended up taking way longer than expected. I also felt like when I tried to get help, nobody really took ownership of the issue, it was more like getting passed around without a clear answer. This part of the experience definitely needs some work.

"Couldn’t even get my account sorted"
I was just trying to update my account on northernreflections.com, and somehow it turned into this whole annoying thing. The password reset kept being weird, then I’d change my saved info and it just wouldn’t stay, or at least it didn’t look like it did. I only wanted to place an order, not troubleshoot my life.

I did reach out to support, but the replies were slow and didn’t really solve much. Maybe it was a glitch, I don’t know, but for a basic shopping account it felt way harder than it needed to be. I ended up closing the site and not ordering anything

"Too many emails"
I like some of their clothes. But the emails? Way too much. Felt like one every day, sometimes more. I signed up for deals, not inbox spam. Unsubscribed.

"Gift card was way harder to use than it should’ve been"
I tried using a gift card on northernreflections.com it turned into such a hassle. Checkout kept throwing errors, so I had to try a few times, and when I reached out for help, it felt like my basic question wasn’t really being listened to at first. Customer service did eventually sort it out, but it took longer than it should have for something so simple. I still like their clothes, but the gift card process really needs to be fixed.

"Rude staff made it a hassle"
I wasn’t expecting much, just a simple visit, but the staff was rude and made everything feel like extra work. Instead of helping or answering questions normally, it felt like I had to keep pushing just to get basic assistance. Not a great experience

"Am I the only one who expected this to be more eco-friendly?"
Am I the only one who thought this would be a bit more transparent on the eco-friendly side? I really wish they gave clearer info about the fabrics they use and how much packaging waste comes with the order. It just didn’t feel as sustainable as I was expecting.

"Nice Basics, If You Don’t Mind the Same Old Options"
Northern Reflections has some nice clothes, especially if you’re into comfy basics and casual pieces. I still check the site now and then because, credit where it’s due, they do have some good everyday stuff. That said, it would be great if the selection felt a little more current instead of, you know, the same styles showing up over and over. And of course, when I do find a color or size I actually want, it’s usually already gone. Overall, it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say I’m overwhelmed with choices

"Got the wrong color and had to explain it more than once"
I ordered two tops from Northern Reflections, and one showed up in the wrong color. The frustrating part is the invoice clearly listed the color I actually picked, so I have no idea how it got mixed up. Customer service was fine, but I had to explain the situation more than once and still go through the hassle of sending it back. It’s just annoying when you wait for an order and then have to spend extra time fixing someone else’s mistake.

From what I remember, pretty much everything I was looking for was sold out. It felt like every time I found something I wanted, it wasn't available, which was really frustrating.

I do like some of their clothes, so I’m not totally writing them off, but the rewards program isn’t that exciting. The points take forever to build up, and once you finally get something, the discount doesn’t really feel like much. I also found it kind of confusing figuring out when I could actually use the rewards. It feels more like another thing to keep track of than an actual perk. Anyway.

"Be Careful With the Sizing"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering this, I got my usual size, and the fit was completely off. The top was oddly huge in the shoulders but still tight around the waist, and the pants were way too short. It was frustrating and not worth dealing with the hassle.

I’ve always seen them as a brand I can trust, which is why it’s disappointing when my orders don’t turn out the way I expect. Sometimes everything goes smoothly, but other times it feels really hit or miss. I just wish the experience was more consistent.

I swear the pictures made this look so much brighter than it actually is. When it arrived, the color was definitely way duller in person, no question about it. I was disappointed because it just didn’t match what I thought I was getting.

The color looked totally different in the photos than what I actually received. I was disappointed because I was expecting it to look like the listing. I also tried reaching out about it and got transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I really wish the pictures were more accurate

"As someone who likes to stay…"
As someone who likes to stay active and be comfortable throughout the day, this just didn’t work for me. It feels stiff basically all day, and I kept noticing it instead of forgetting I was wearing/using it.
